"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for assigning the Rep Reebok class to Lisa. She is fantastic! She is working muscle groups I never new I had and ensuring that the muscles we use everyday are being worked out. I have noticed a difference in my overall strength and well being and I must say that it has a lot to do with this class. Lisa is very knowledgeable and safe. She is the first instructor who actually walks around and corrects participants when they are doing an exercise incorrectly. Not only does she correct but she points out where we should be feeling the exercise and will place her hand on that part and correct individually when necessary. We all really appreciate it. "The road to ‘getting fit and healthy’ has always been a difficult journey for me. It was one I decided to start on after some significant weight gain. I started with a strict diet and am now increasing my exercising routine with Lisa, my personal trainer. Lisa has taken my couch potato body and whipped it into much better shape. My energy level has increased so I am now far more active. As well I feel much healthier and enjoying more activities rather than more TV. The most significant outcome of all this effort has been the improvement in my health. My blood sugar and blood pressure levels are normal and my health has improved significantly.Lisa is helping me to continue to get ‘more fit’ with regular workouts that continually challenge my body – she changes the routines, the weights, the sets, and the exercises and has me doing things that I would never have tried on my own.This journey is definitely a challenge for me and testing my discipline to ‘keep on my good healthy eating’ plan and commitment to Lisa and our regular workouts (even though sometimes my body thinks that they are more like punishment).

We wanted someone that would come in and give us a full body workout, yet be able to cater to our different levels of fitness.
Lisa is able to do this and work around any challenges we have while providing professional advice and solutions. Our group looks forward to our time together and the kick butt workout Lisa provides. A fun time is always had by all.

"For the last year or so I've been going to the gym and doing mostly cardio because I was afraid of re-injuring my shoulder. Thanks to Lisa that has all changed. She has taught me proper technique and new exercises. My confidence level has increased. My balance has improved. Before I could not balance on one leg. No I can balance on one leg on a Bosu Ball! My Strength has increased. I am seeing muscle definition in my arms and legs. Best of all no more "bat" wings for me.
