LAKESIDE YOGA STUDIO

Lakeside Yoga studio is a friendly community based yoga studio, located at 44 Warwick Ave (side entrance) in Ajax-by-the-lake. This is a unique yoga studio where students can find personalized yoga classes, suitable for their needs.

 This beautiful space offers a variety of classes such as Hatha Flow, Gentle, Yin, Power, Pre Natal, Mom and Babies, Fertility Yoga, Kids Yoga and Yoga for Runners guided by experienced and compassioned yoga teachers. Drop in classes are available year round and pre-registered classes run for specific periods of time. Group and private sessions are available upon appointment. This studio also provides the complimentary use of equipment such as yoga mats, blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters. Beginners are welcome!

This is my friend Jen's new studio in Cobourg, ON.  It is a beautiful studio and
Jen took a leap of faith in opening it a short time ago.  That leap has proven
to be her calling.  The space is warm and inviting and when you arrive you
know that you are in for a special treat as Jen leads you through a yoga or
fitness class as only she can.  Her energy is contagious so if you are ever
driving through Cobourg check her out or if you are just looking for something
different she is only a short drive away from Ajax (I did it in about 45 minutes).

I have always found the selection abundant and the staff very friendly and helpful and I am sure that you too will
